All Payments Direct to the Bursar's Office.
All policies and procedures for fee payments set
forth by the Busar's Office will be used by the
Housing Office and will remain in effect unless specifically changed by their office.
Resident Hall Term Rent Payments
The residence hall fee assessments should be paid
before the student moves in for the new term. The deadline
for all resident hall fee assessments will be the same
as for student tuition and fees. The ONLY exception is
with the Fall Term.
Married Housing Monthly Rent Payments
Married housing monthly rent payment will be
accepted during regular office hours at the Bursar's
Office in Lyman Hall or through the drop slot on or
before the 10th of each month. If the 10th should fall
on Saturday or Sunday, the rent payment should be paid
by 4:00 pm on Friday. Any payments made after the 10th
will be considered late and late penalty fees will be
charged.
Refund Procedures
Requests for refunds and overpayments are normally
processed on Mondays and Thursdays and should be in the
student's P.O. Box by 4:00 p.m. on the following Tuesday
and Friday.
